Bitrix 24
Bitrix 24 is a cloud-based business management and collaboration platform that provides a suite of tools for managing various business processes.
Route alerts such as creation of a lead on Bitrix 24 CRM or creation of a task in Bitrix 24 to Incident Response.
Using Bitrix 24 as an Alert Source

Navigate to Services -> Service Overview -> select or search for your Service. Expand the accordion -> In the Alert Sources section, click Add.

Select Bitrix 24. Copy the displayed Webhook URL to configure it within Bitrix 24. Finish by clicking Add Alert Source -> Done.
When an alert source turns Active, it’ll show up under Configured Alert Sources. You can either generate a test alert from the integration or wait for a real-time alert to be generated by the Alert Source.
An Alert Source is active if there is a recorded incident via that Alert Source for the Service.
Create a Incident Response Webhook Alert in Bitrix 24

Login to your Bitrix 24 dashboard and click on Developer Resources section.

Choose Common use cases and select Other.

Choose Outbound Webhook and paste the previously copied Incident Response Webhook URL.

Choose the Events for which you would like to get alerts on Incident Response. At the moment you can choose from Task updated (ONTASKADD) ( for whenever a task is created on Bitrix 24), Task updated (ONTASKUPDATE) ( for whenever a task is updated on Bitrix 24 ), Lead created (ONCRMLEADADD) ( for whenever a Lead is created on Bitrix 24), and Lead updated (ONCRMLEADUPDATE) ( for whenever a lead is updated on Bitrix 24). Click on Save.
That's it, you are good to go! Your Bitrix 24 integration is now complete.
Whenever you create/update a lead or a task, Bitrix 24 would fire an alert and it would create an incident on Incident Response.
