These release notes describe new features, improvements, and fixed issues in User Device Tracker 2020.2.6. They also provide information about upgrades and describe workarounds for known issues.

New features and improvements in UDT 2020.2.6
Important: Orion Platform 2020.2.6 includes updated password policies that impact individual Orion accounts. After you upgrade to UDT 2020.2.6, all passwords for individual Orion accounts will expire in 30 days. To learn more, see the Orion Platform 2020.2.6 Release Notes.

New customer installation
For information about installing User Device Tracker, see the SolarWinds Orion Installer.
How to upgrade
Use the SolarWinds Orion Installer to upgrade your entire Orion deployment (all Orion Platform products and any scalability engines) to the current versions.
If you are upgrading from UDT 3.4, you can upgrade your entire Orion deployment from the My Orion Deployment page. Downloading the Orion Installer is no longer necessary.
If you are upgrading from an earlier version, use this topic to plan and implement an upgrade to the current version of UDT.
UDT 2020.2.6 fixes the following issues.
|Issues with data not loading on Device Inventory and User Inventory pages were resolved.|
|SNMP polling no longer randomly disables on devices monitored by UDT.|

End-of-Life (EoL) announcement - Customers on UDT versions 3.2 or older should begin transitioning to UDT 3.3.2.
July 15, 2021:
End-of-Engineering (EoE) - Service Releases, bug fixes, workaround, and service packs for UDT version 3.2 or older will no longer be actively supported by SolarWinds.
July 15, 2022:
End-of-Life (EoL) - SolarWinds will no longer provide technical support for UDT version 3.2 or older.
