Set the Tomcat daemon

1. Stop Web Help Desk.

2. Open the following file:

   <webhelpdesk>\conf\tomcat_web_template.xml

3. Set the Web Help Desk Daemon Mode (near the end of the xml file) setting for the instance type described above. 
4. Save the file.
5. Restart Web Help Desk.
