View or edit an FAQ

  1. To open an FAQ:
    1. Search for an FAQ.
    2. In the search results, double-click a row. The FAQ opens in read-only mode.

      If you do not have the required permissions to view an FAQ, a message displays stating that the FAQ is no longer available to you.

  2. If you have the required permissions, you can edit the FAQ.
    1. In the search results, select a row and click Edit.
    2. Update any field. For more information see Create a new FAQ.
    3. Click Save, and then click Done.

    If you do not have the required permissions, a Warning icon displays next to Delete. This warning indicates that you cannot delete the FAQ because it includes categories you cannot access or delete.
