Email Logs

Email logs provide detailed deliverability reports on emails sent from your SolarWinds account. This section allows you to view how your users engage with your emails and troubleshoot deliverability errors.

Common deliverability issues include:

  • Invalid emails - When the email address or the domain name is invalid, or if an ISP reports back to us that the email supplied is invalid.
  • Blocks - When the email address does not exist in the domain or the destination mailbox is over quota.
  • Bounces - When your email has not been successfully delivered and the reason reported back to us is that the email was bounced.
