Let’s look at the Solutions menu. This menu will contain your organization’s best practices and recommended solutions to common incidents or problems that you may encounter in your organization.
The Solutions menu should be your first stop when looking for additional information regarding a problem that you are experiencing or if you would like to search for a useful article.
Within the Solutions menu you will be able to see the title, date of last update and to what department this solution is associated with. To view a solution, click the title.
Once you click into a solution you will be able to see all information related to this solution as well as the solution itself. You may find a step-by-step list, instructions or even pictures to help you gain the knowledge to solve a problem or complete a task.
