Use Cases

There are many areas the Service Catalog will assist you in maintaining order in your organization.  Example use cases:

  • Define alert criteria

    • Server failure

    • Capacity level

      This information is sent directly to your SWSD

  • Define SLA’s

  • Track activities and resolved incidents

  • Control the data that is sent to your SWSD instance

  • Automation - allows you to assign incidents to a category

  • Retrigger alerts - this will create a comment in the incident

  • Utilize to audit all activities
