Organization & Sites

After review of your account (Team, Business, Professional or Enterprise plan) purchased and understanding all that is offered within your plan, you will begin setting up your SWSD to meet your organizational needs. This includes selecting the default time zone and language, in addition to outlining your sites and departments.

You will create the business hours that will affect SLAs and more.
