The Site Information section provides several controls which allow you to define the site profile. Each control is described below:
|Name||Enter the name of the site profile. The Site Profiles List updates to reflect the name of this site profile.|
|Description||Enter a description for this site profile.|
|Hostname or IP||Enter the IP address or domain name for the file server you would like to connect to.|
|Default Remote Directory||Enter the absolute path of a directory you would like to open when a connection is established with the site.|
|Connection Type||Select the protocol used to connect to the remote server. A visual icon that represents the Connection Type is reflected within the Site Profiles List.|
|Port||Enter the port that corresponds to the Connection Type with which the server is listening on.|
|Anonymous Login||Select this to have FTP Voyager automatically provide the remote server with an anonymous login ID and password.|
Enter the login ID which is used to access the remote server.
This is provided by the remote server's administrator.
Enter the password that corresponds to the login ID which is used to access the remote server.
Note: This is provided by the remote server's administrator.
|Save Password||Select this to save the password with the site profile. This prevents you from having to enter the password, that corresponds to the login ID, each time the site is connected to.|
