Actions Tab Overview
The Actions tab contains commands used to manage files and folders as well as issue raw FTP commands to a server. From this menu, files can be uploaded, downloaded, moved from source to target or vice versa, folders can be managed, manual commands can be issued to the server, and manual transfers can be initiated.
The Actions tab consists of 3 groups:
Management

New Folder |
Creates a new directory within the current directory of the active file browser. |

Open |
Opens the currently selected file or folder of the active file browser. If the selected item is a file in a local browser, FTP Voyager attempts to open the file in the default registered file handler - for example, a ".txt" file will be opened in Notepad. If the selected item is a file in a remote browser, FTP Voyager must download the file to a temporary directory, and then attempt to open the file for "live" editing. |

Delete |
Deletes the currently selected file or folder. |

Rename |
Renames the currently selected file or folder. |

Properties |
Displays the properties of the currently selected file or folder. |
Transfer

Download |
Downloads the currently selected file or folder from a remote browser to a local browser. |

Move Down |
Downloads the currently selected file or folder from a remote browser to a local browser, and then deletes them from the remote browser. |

Uploads the currently selected file or folder from a local browser to a remote browser. |

Uploads the currently selected file or folder from a local browser to a remote browser, and then deletes them from the local browser. |
