Transfer Queue Toolbar

The toolbar provides common controls used to manage the each file transfer. Certain buttons are enabled or disabled based on the current selection and state of the transfer item.

The toolbar buttons are described below:

Stop Selected Transfers

All transfer items within the current selection are stopped.

Skip Selected Transfers All transfer items within the current selection are skipped.
Pause Selected Transfers All transfer items within the current selection are paused.
Resume Selected Transfers

All transfer items within current selection which are paused, are resumed.

Remove Selected Transfers

All transfer items within the current selection are removed from the queue.

Remove All Completed Transfers

All completed transfer items are removed from the queue.

  Number of Workers

Allocates the number of worker threads that the Transfer Queue can use. Worker threads carry out any pending transfers that need to be performed. The Transfer Queue can have a minimum of 1 worker up to a maximum of 9. The default number of workers is 4.

Settings

Click to show a pop-up window with extended settings. Each setting is described below:

1-1. Show Item Summary Display only one transfer item that represents all files within a transfer group.
1-2. Show Item Detail Display a transfer item for each file within a transfer group.
2. Show Pending Items Display a transfer item for each file that needs to be transferred but has not started.
3. Completed Items

Use this to specify how the Transfer Queue handles successful transfers. You can select:

Don't Show Each item is removed from the queue after it has been successfully transferred to its destination.
Show All Completed All transfer items remain in the queue until they are manually removed by the user.
Show Last Completed Only the last item that was successfully transferred remains in the queue.
On Queue Completion

Click here to produce a pop-up window with pre-defined actions that FTP Voyager can perform when the entire transfer queue has been processed. The actions, upon queue completion, are listed below:

Do NothingDoes nothing upon queue completion.
Close ApplicationExits FTP Voyager.
Lock computerLocks the workstation.
Log offLogs the user out of the workstation.
HibernateHibernates the workstation.
Sleep
  • Sends the workstation into "sleep" mode.
  • Shutdown computer
  • Completely shuts down the workstation.
  • Display message box
  • Displays a message box on the desktop.
  • Display notificationDisplay a notification window on the desktop.
    Beep
  • Has the workstation 'beep' upon queue completion.
