Configure the email settings that FTP Voyager can use to send email notifications when an event is triggered. Email notifications are set to certain events which are located within the Sounds and Notifications category within the Options dialog.
Several settings must be configured in order to send email. These settings are described below:
|Server||Enter the hostname or IP address of the SMTP mail server.|
|SMTP Port||Enter the hostname or IP address of the SMTP mail server.|
|Use SSL||Select Yes if your SMTP mail server requires a secure (SSL) connection. Note: This usually requires a different SMTP Port number to be used.|
|From||Enter the email address that is shown within the Sender/From line of the outgoing message.|
|To||Enter the email address that is shown within the Recipient/To line of the outgoing message.|
|Subject||Enter a short description here that is shown within the Subject line of the outgoing message.|
|Log Lines||Enter the number of log lines to include in the outgoing message. Leave blank or enter 0 for none.|
|Use Authentication||Select Yes if the email server requires account credentials.|
|Account Name||Enter the account name used to authenticate with the email server.|
|Account Password||Enter the password that is used in conjunction with the Account Name.|
