Known issues
Issue | Notes |
---|---|
PollingInterval, SkipCertificateValidation, UseOrionProxy parameters are not working for API Poller via swis.
|
No workaround is currently available. |
With Kubernetes v1.25 and higher, CMAN is unable to monitor Azure AKS. |
As a workaround, downgrade containerd runtime in Kubernetes so Hybrid Cloud Observability can monitor container details. |
When using the Add Node Wizard to assign an AppInsight for Exchange node, an error appears stating: Remote Configuration Failed Remote configuration was unsuccessful due to the following: An error occurred during Exchange Server configuration. |
As a workaround, change the polling method to Agent, then run Exchange zero config. OR Generate the Zero Config script and manually run it on the target system. Click here for details. |
End of support
This version of SAM no longer supports the following platforms and features.
Type | Details |
---|---|
Database | SQL Server 2012 and SQL Server 2014 are no longer supported for use as the SolarWinds Platform or Orion Platform database. |
Syslog and traps |
Legacy Syslog and Traps functionality has been removed. During an upgrade, legacy syslog and trap rules are migrated to the Log Viewer. A few rule conditions are not currently supported in the new log functionality. Any rules that are not imported are listed in the Migration Report. |
