New customer installation
For information about installing NetFlow Traffic Analyzer, see the SolarWinds Installer.
How to upgrade
Use the SolarWinds Installer to upgrade your entire SolarWinds Platform deployment (all SolarWinds Platform products and any scalability engines) to the current versions.
-
If you are on a version earlier than NTA 2020.2.6, first upgrade to 2020.2.6 and then upgrade to 2022.4.
-
The installation path for the NetFlow service has changed. If the NetFlow Service stops receiving packets after you upgrade from 2020.2.6, verify the program path is correct:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\NetFlowService.exe
.
You can upgrade your entire SolarWinds Platform deployment from the My Deployment page. Downloading the SolarWinds Installer is no longer necessary.
