Use Nagios with Mobile Admin
This section provides information about how to use the Mobile Admin Client to manage Nagios.
If the address of your Nagios Web Console is not in the format "http://[nagioshostname]/nagios", you must set the address on the Host Properties screen (see setting the Nagios web console address below).
With the exception of setting up the Nagios Web Console Address, the first step in managing Nagios with Mobile Admin is to access the Nagios application. This can be done by selecting the Nagios icon from a view of the Mobile Admin Manage Services screen or from a view of a server reached from the Mobile Admin Manage Hosts screen. Next, enter your Nagios Web Console credentials and select Save.
Detection
Nagios is been detected if a http GET action on http://[nagioshostname]/nagios returns a 401 unauthorized message.
Authentication
Mobile Admin will prompt you for your Nagios credentials.
Communication method

The notifications you receive from Nagios concerning your hosts and services are independent of notifications you receive from Mobile Admin. Subscribing to the Nagios feed will allow you to receive and review any Nagios notifications conveniently on your Mobile Admin Dashboard, where all the other Mobile Admin notifications are listed. When Mobile Admin receives a notification from the Nagios feed, your mobile device will be sent a push-notification and details of the notification will be automatically available to you on your Mobile Admin Dashboard.
If you do not subscribe to the Nagios feed you will continue to receive Nagios notifications, but they will appear separate from your other Mobile Admin notifications and will not be posted on your Mobile Admin Dashboard.
View notifications

- Select the level for which you want to view notifications.
