Configure Disk Report Publisher
Use Disk Report Publisher to save your reports to the location of your choice. Disk Publisher automatically saves your reports every 15 minutes by default using a predetermined file name and directory. When you set up Disk Report Publisher, you can modify these settings or accept the defaults.
If you want to save the report to a remote location and take advantage of the ipMonitor security model, you can select a credential that enables Disk Publisher to impersonate an account with the necessary privileges to access the local directory or UNC Share on the remote machine. When the Disk Publisher saves the report, it will use the Credential's account and password information to authenticate to the target machine.
If you need to save your report immediately to the target directory, open the task in the Report Publishers List page and click Publish Now in the toolbar.
