Generate a survey report

Configure and schedule surveys to send to customers and technicians. View reports and run an analysis to learn more about the results of the surveys.

1. Navigate to Reports > Surveys.
2. Click Filters, and select filters to sort the data in the report.
3. Select surveys from the Survey History list, and click Analytics to learn more about each survey.
