Documentation forAccess Rights Manager

Identify the most recent actions on an account

Background / Value

User accounts and AD groups have their own history. This is why it makes sense to review the previously performed actions and changes. Access Rights Manager shows you a quick view of most recent activities or you can jump directly into the log book to receive a full report.

Step-by-step process

  1. Select Accounts.
  2. Search for the desired user or group.

The note icon indicates that activities were recorded in the Access Rights Manager log book. You can hover over the icon to see an overview of the latest activities related to the account.

Right-click on the desired object and select Open Logbook from the context menu to view all recorded information.

Review past activities related to a user account.

  1. You can enter an additional comment at any time into the logbook.
  2. The footprint icon indicates that these actions were recorded by AD Logga.
