The End-of-Life (EOL) Announcement indicates when you should begin transitioning off the EOL version to the latest version.

The End-of-Engineering (EOE) Effective Date indicates when the service releases, bug fixes, workarounds, and service packs for the EOL version and earlier will no longer be actively supported by SolarWinds.

The EOL Effective Date indicates when SolarWinds will no longer provide technical support for the EOL version or earlier.
