These release notes describe the new features, improvements, and fixed issues in VoIP and Network Quality Manager 4.2.4. They also provide information about upgrades and describe workarounds for known issues.

How to upgrade

If you are upgrading from VNQM 4.2.4 or later, use the SolarWinds Orion Installer to upgrade one or more Orion Platform products simultaneously.

If you are upgrade from an earlier version, use the following resources to plan and implement an upgrade to VNQM 4.2.4. Then use the SolarWinds Orion Installer to complete the upgrade.

  • If you are upgrading VNQM and other modules (SAM, NCM, NTA, etc.), use the multiple products upgrade guide.
