Configure My Settings

After an administrator adds your user account, you can update your standard ipMonitor account password, if required. You can also update your display settings for the Details View and NOC Status view options in the Devices tab. After you make your selections, click Save.

Update your password

The Identification section displays your account type and user name and password. The administrator assigns each user a user name, which cannot be changed. If you have a standard ipMonitor account, you can change the password when needed. When you are finished, click Save.

Update your display settings

When you log in to ipMonitor, the application opens the Configuration tab by default. You can change the default display by clicking the Start Page drop-down menu and select another option.

The Devices tab provides access to the Details, Map, Dashboard, and NOC views that allow you to classify, organize, and view the status of the devices and monitors in your network.

You can determine the resources and statistics that display in the Details and NOC views by clicking Show All. This will maximize the Details View and NOC Status View windows so you can choose the display settings for these views.
