Redshift
Overview
Amazon Redshift is a fast, fully managed data warehouse that makes it simple and cost-effective to analyze all your data using standard SQL and your existing Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Setup
Installation
If you haven't already, first set up the AWS CloudWatch integration. No additional steps are needed for installation.
Configuration
On the AWS CloudWatch integration page, ensure that the Redshift service is selected for metric collection.

CPUUtilization (percent) |
The percentage of CPU utilization. |

DatabaseConnections (count) |
The number of database connections to a cluster. |
|
HealthStatus (boolean) |
Indicates the health of the cluster. Every minute the cluster connects to its database and performs a simple query. If it is able to perform this operation successfully, the cluster is considered healthy. Otherwise, the cluster is unhealthy. |

MaintenanceMode (boolean) |
Indicates whether the cluster is in maintenance mode. |

NetworkReceiveThroughput (bytes/second) |
The rate at which the node or cluster receives data. |

NetworkTransmitThroughput (bytes/second) |
The rate at which the node or cluster writes data. |

PercentageDiskSpaceUsed (percent) |
The percent of disk space used. |

ReadIOPS (count/second) |
The average number of disk read operations per second. |
|
ReadLatency (seconds) |
The average amount of time taken for disk read I/O operations. |
|
ReadThroughput (bytes) |
The average number of bytes read from disk per second. |
|
WriteIOPS (count/second) |
The average number of write operations per second. |

WriteLatency (seconds) |
The average amount of time taken for disk write I/O operations. |

The average number of bytes written to disk per second. |
