Set up asset management

This section explains how to configure Web Help Desk to track the deployment, use, and maintenance of assets in your organization. These assets can include servers, printers, laptops, and monitors.

During the 14-day evaluation, you have unlimited access to asset management. After the 14-day trial, asset management is only available after you purchase and apply a license. See Activate your WHD license for details on how to purchase and activate a Web Help Desk license.
