Import and export data
To import data, configure Web Help Desk to connect to your network using one or more of the following tools:
- Absolute Manage
- Apple Remote Desktop
- JAMF Casper
- Lansweeper
- Microsoft SMS/SCCM
- Web Help Desk (using WMI)

The data import options let you import data in bulk, rather than manually adding individual items. You can import data using
