Organization & Sites

This section provides an overview of setting up the Organizational structure and defining the Sites and Departments included in your SWSD.

Select Time Zone and Language

Although individual office hours may vary, it is important to define the hours of operation your IT department provides support services.

Select from the dropdown menu the date and time to be displayed throughout the application.

Proceed to define the language that will be reflected in the Application, Service Portal and Email notifications.

Create Sites and Departments

Select the icon to enter the New Site/Department details.

All fields marked with a red * are mandatory, however we recommend completing all fields for best results.

Once the information is entered, click Create Site/Create Department
