Any email sent to your dropbox is received in your SolarWinds Service Desk. We recommend setting up an easy to remember support email address, such as email@example.com and forward all emails sent to that address directly into your dropbox.
Review all the options in the Setup menu to determine which email related settings you wish to activate.
