As a IT Manager and/or Team lead you would like to help your team work in the most efficient manner. The Shared Dashboard feature is just one of many in your SWSD that aids in achieving goals around effective productivity.
By providing effortless KPI sharing abilities, managers and team leads can ensure their team members are viewing data relevant to their performance.
Any licensed agents can create dashboards and share it with other licensed agents in your organization.
From your dashboard, click on the icon and select Rename.
You will be prompted to enter a Title for the dashboard and click Save.
Once saved, the Dashboard appears with the new title. You can now select Share from the dropdown menu and provide the list of users you would like to receive this view.
