You can view the list of emails sent from the SWSD and their purpose, such as:

  • Auto resolved

  • SLA violation

  • Incident changed

  • Etc.

This can provide information ranging from successful email deliveries to varying email failures, offering assistance when troubleshooting email delivery issues.
