Contracts

All past and active contracts including licenses etc.  The first column of the index page lets us know the status of the contract:

 

  • Draft

  • Active

  • Review

  • Expired

  • Terminated

     

Important to maintain a proactive approach and monitor all contracts prior to expiration to allow you to determine if there is a need to renew or terminate the service.

For example:

When you lease office space you can set an alert to send a notification 90 days prior to the end of the lease.  This allows you ample time to determine if you wish to renew or terminate your lease.
