Send a support link

Similar to the PIN Code, you can copy the Support Link from the console interface and provide it to your customer. They can use the link to initiate a remote support session.

  1. In the Console, click and select Start New Session under the New Session tab.
  2. Click the support link under Option 2 to copy the link to the clipboard and provide it to your customer.
  3. Click In the Console, click to open an email in your default mail system with the support link automatically generated.
