Annual subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase for all 12 months of your subscription, and will automatically renew 1 year from the date on which it was purchased. If you have any questions regarding billing, please email sales@dameware.com

To review your current licenses, navigate to the Admin Area and click your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Licensing Information to view details about your license type and the number of concurrent Technicians and Agents you can install.
